Doing stuff

Got some things planned out, and I'm honestly not sure if any of them are going to get done. One of them is updating this site and all that good jazz. Maybe put up a section for our vids sometime after they're presented on Caiminds, or silly extras or whatever. Definitely need a website making expert or something to give this site some more polish. For now though, I'll just do the best I can with it.

List of shit that has happened so far this month

So after working for nearly a month, I encounter my first major instance when my ride doesnt show up 2 hours after my shift ended. At this point, it is now 1 AM and I need a place to crash. I go to the nearest inn and stay for the night. $85 dollars down the drain.

Then my ride has their bi-monthly or sooner episode and ends up in a car crash. Completely fine other than some bruises, but the car's totalled. No one else can give me a ride to work.

Sometime after that, I get some mail that talks about me havin to pay back some loans I took out to attend an online college. Of course, my job is minimum wage and part time, so the odds of me paying each segment on time is pretty much nonexistant.

THEN, today I get a letter from my bank on how my debit card is in the negative because the inn I stayed at did something weird and took additional money. Thinking I still had money, i started spending, and now im in danger of having to pay additional fees if i dont put my account back in the positive soon.

Oh yeah, and I got a ride to work, but that was to say I couldnt come to work and henceforth quit.

Tempted to shoot something right now.

A September post

So yeah, this blogs been dead-ish for awhile. Probably not the last time it's gonna happen, but live and learn, you know?

Then again, it's common for me to drop things like this. I lose interest in it pretty quickly. See if I can remedy that.

Otherwise, 2 episodes of E.L.I.T.E.S. out. Bout the only amount of progress Ive done on anything. Looking into finding an apartment or other place of rent, then someone to hopefully split the bills with.

First post in August

Okay, its been awhile, but I've been worrying about other stuff. Nothing too major, but this site and the Podcast havent been on my mind as often lately.

Recently got a job, so that's eating up 30+ hours every week, after which, I usually feel the need to pass out in my bed. So yeah, getting that to work is loads of fun. On the upside, I'll have my first paycheck soon, and I can actually pay for things, so thats always good.

Other than that, I'm also trying to get some priorities straightened out and stuff. We'll see how that goes. I'm not terribly optimistic, but that's nothing new.

More word on stuff n shit later.

Hurting a lot

Spent the day outside with my cousin walking around in 95 degree weather. We checked in about our applications for work from a few months back and saw a movie.

However, I now have sunburn on my forearms and the back of my neck, and several blisters which have been "handled", although the pain makes it hard to walk right afterwards.

Moral of the story: stop being lazy. It hurts.

Mike Maverick Update

Hey, Turnabout Viewers, Mike Maverick, here with an update.  Yes, the E.L.I.T.E.S. have chose me to become part of the podcast but by monthly basis.  Just pointing that out if anyone hasn't been able to see it.  Anyways, the updates what I'm about to do is well...I have purchase "the Binding of Issac", Two Ys games, Ys Oath of Felgana and Ys Origins, are on Steam for 66% off the price (from $14.99 to $5.09 on Felgana, and $19.99 to $7.99 on Origins) from now till July 23, which I will pay 13 dollars for those two this coming Friday, and Panty and Stocking dub was awesome!  I'm working on the overview video, still thinking of the title of the overview series and the intro.  That's the only thing I'm having trouble with.

Anyways, that's all I got to say.  I might do some cheap plugs here and there if the Fish Dragon himself would let me.  =p

Good News Bad News Bit

>     So...starting off with our bad news first, me and my co-host, Haru, haven't been able to get online around the same time, and we're usually missing each other by a few hours. Of course, I had a problem in RL to deal with, so I wasn't able to stay on for as long as I'd like. Hopefully, the problem is completely solved (preferably in the best way possible).

>     Good news though. In a surprising twist, my call for artists have yielded the interest of no less than 5 people: 4 more than I had figured I'd get for :P Now once Haru and I are online at the same time, we can look through our applicants and pick the one we like best/the person with the most convenient schedule :) 

>     And in Neutral news, I've caught Slenderman fever. Just finished watching a couple of peoples LP's of the Indie Game Slender, which was infinitely amusing and started really getting me interested in Slenderman. Just watched all the videos on the MarbleHornets channel on YT. Starts off pretty good, until Slenderman stops being the central mystery and instead becomes the "answer" to why some of the people are becoming batshit crazy and stuff.
